I spent a decade working as an acute care nurse and educator. Nursing showed me what it meant to care about people in a deep and lasting way. It helped me to become the empathetic and compassionate business owner I am today and I will be forever grateful to that career. After having another child later in my life, I decided to retire and taught myself to design dresses by watching you tube videos. The rest is history and here I am today.
