Refund policy

Reclamation will not issue refunds on purchased items, however we work closely with the clients during the design stage of the dress to ensure customers are happy with design.  We will work with buyers with any alterations required or exchanges on products.

If there is any issue with a garment communications with Reclamation must be established as soon as dress is received.
