Shipping policy

Reclamation strives to achieve excellent customer service, and a large part of that is achieved by great communication with our clients.  We promise to responde to your orders, querries and specific interests in a timely manner.  Many of our garments are custom orders and we will work with clients to ensure we meet your required timeframe for delivery of product.  Orders will be manufactured in order of priority according to upcoming dates.

Upon completion of garment we will ship the oder and have the item couriered to your desired location.

All Reclamation garments are shipped from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada

Reclamation is partnered with DHL Courier services to dependably deliver your items to you internationally.  

After shipment occurs, delivery dates differ based on location 3-5 business days is expected (in the continentat United States, and Canada) 1-2 weeks internationally

Delivery delays can occasionally occur

We will provide you with a tracking number and signature required for delivery of package.

A standard delivery fee of $40.00 Cdn to be charged for Canadian deliveries and $55.00 Cdn to be charged for deliveries to the United States.

Overseas delivery rates will vary according to size/weight and destination country.
